Building Standards-Based Curriculum Units

If there are more than two people working on your project team, it makes some sense to divide into teams, each of which may focus on a particular module.
Many teams like to agree upon a clear question statement as a whole group for Module One - Visit One, but they then split up the other modules. One person or pair may take the first searching module and focus on non-digital resources - print, library and local information. Another person or pair may specialize in gathering appropriate graphics (paying mind to copyright laws). A third person or pair may focus on Internet resources.
Generally speaking, production moves along more quickly at this stage when the team works in small groups. Groups of 5-6 often spend too much time talking things over and word-smithing to extreme.
Note: This is the last page in this series of modules, as the rest of the project building is up to you!
Best wishes for success working with your workshop facilitator!
